What started as a dream on wheels has grown into Bayville's beloved destination for bold American comfort food. Founded by Natalie and Stephen, our family-owned restaurant brings over two decades of passion and experience to every dish we serve.

Shore Good Eats is proudly led by Natalie who believes in creating a space where everyone feels like family. Like you are pulling up a seat at our dinner table. Cooking is our love made edible & we want you to taste that in every bite. She is joined by her son, Stephen, who crafted his passion for food & hospitality over the years helping out his parents on the trucks & catering. It blossomed into a full on love of cooking & food service that has carried over to becoming a full partner in the business!
From Festivals Under a tent to a 3-phase operation
Our journey began a bit under the weather, literally. With events under a tent, we learned quickly the need to grow & expand. Buying our first food trailer in 2017. Quickly growing into a full scale restaurant, 2nd food truck & full on-site catering operation. In 2026 we moved into a 4,400 square food restaurant space to meet the demand of our food trucks & catering. Saying goodbye to Neptune City wasn't easy, but after 3 restaurant renovations to create more kitchen space, we had to make the decision to move to a larger space. We couldn't be happier hat our new home in Bayville.
